Q. Does GeriPro add work for our staff?
A. The billing office needs to forward remits for paid claims. Occasionally we need to clarify orders with clinical staff.

Q.Who receives Insurance payments?
A. All payments are received at the facility. GeriPro gets paid only when you get paid.

Q.What happens if a claim is denied?
A. GeriPro sends claims to reconsideration and appeals, with Medical records if needed.

Q.How far back can claims be reviewed?
A. Insurances determine filing limits, but we will scrub back a year.

Q.What if there’s a recoupment?
A. Geripro will appeal the determination if warranted, but will refund your billing fee if not successful.
